Well, I am in the airport enjoying the free wireless. For those just now checking in on me from my facebook page, welcome. James and I are currently enroute to our first trip to Europe. We had not originally planned for it to be like this, always assuming we'd be backpacking through Germany, Austria and the Alps for our first trip. But we found a great military rate for this Disney cruise of the Mediterranean, and the rest is history. Our itinerary can be easily found all over this site as well as my research for this trip. We are most excited about Rome and least excited about Corsica, but at least that is toward the end of the vacation so we can relax more that day.
If you know us at all, you know that we are huge fans of Disney. So the fact that this cruise is a Disney one, is like the icing on the cake. I just read a book set in Barcelona, Cathedral of the Sea, which has made me even more excited about that city. If you like historical fiction, it is a great pick! I won't waste time anymore. Hopefully the next blog will be from Barcelona...
